Esther went through 1 year of prescribed beauty treatments. As she was being beautified and anointed by her maidens on the outside, she was being purified and prepared by God in the inside. The anointing process is both a single and a continuous process. God's recipe for biblical beauty was preparing her because of the special mission she had to accomplish as the next Queen of Persia.
